Proposed Changes

At the 2023 Annual Meeting, the neighbors in attendance voted in favor of transitioning the neighborhood to a POA (Property Owners Association) and implementing Leasing restrictions (limiting rentals to 10%). Our contracted lawyer proposed amendments to our Covenants to capture these changes; however, our bylaws require 75% of homes to vote Yes in order for these changes to be implemented.

The Board and Committee members have been working diligently over the last 2+ years to gather as many votes as possible. Regardless of how you vote, we want all voices to be heard! If you haven’t yet submitted your vote, please print the Voting Sheet below and mail to the address provided. You can also drop it off with a board member; just email board.cghoa@gmail.com to coordinate. If you’re unsure how you voted, reach out to the Board and someone can confirm.
