Tuesday’s trash pick up will take place on Wednesday this week due to the MLK holiday.
Due to Labor Day, tomorrow’s trash pickup will take place on Wednesday and there will be no yard waste pick up this week.
From the city: If your Friday recycling service was not collected, please leave it out & we will collect it tomorrow, Saturday, Sept. 4th. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately the modem has stopped working at the clubhouse. There is no WIFI available. We have a work order in with AT&T for repair.
A group of men in a large white truck with trailer have been in our neighborhood offering to lay pine straw for residents. One neighbor was intimidated into paying $1700 for the service! Another neighbor initially agreed to have them help, but asked them to stop when they kept wanting more money. Please beware!!

Due to Independence Day, Yard waste debris will NOT be collected this week. Trash and recycling will be collected tomorrow, Thursday July 2 (rather than Friday July 3).
This week’s recycling will be picked up on Saturday, December 28.
