HOA dues MUST be received by CMA in Arizona by March 15, 2022 or will incur a late fee. Since the U.S. Mail may take longer than usual, we encourage residents to send payments sooner rather than later to ensure that they do not incur late fees.

Since there was not a quorum at the 2021 Annual HOA Meeting, we could not vote to appoint the vacant officer positions for the term of 2022 – 2023. CGHOA offices of Vice President and Secretary are up for nomination for the 2022-2023 term. A letter outlining the process and timeline we will use for the elections, along with additional information including the “Nomination Form,” can be found HERE. Hard copies will be mailed to residents in the next few days.
Our community pool will open for the season on May 1. As the pandemic situation has improved and the state has begun lifting restrictions, the HOA Board will NOT require waivers or reservations this year.
