CMA now allows you to pay your HOA dues directly from your bank account for $1.95 fee. Log into your CMA account and click on the green box: Make a Payment Click on “echeck/credit card box” Follow instructions to fill in your bank information. (If you use a credit card, there is a $20 fee)
CMA informs us that the mailing with the dues bill has gone out. Please watch your mailbox for this letter from CMA.
HOA dues MUST be received by CMA in Arizona by March 15, 2022 or will incur a late fee. Since the U.S. Mail may take longer than usual, we encourage residents to send payments sooner rather than later to ensure that they do not incur late fees.
If you have already paid your HOA dues for 2020, thank you. If you have not yet paid your HOA dues for 2020, this is your friendly reminder that they are due by March 15, 2020. Payments after this date will incur a late fee. (Please see the bill that you received from CMA.)
