The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) will be performing a drive by inspection on Wednesday January 18, 2023. Please check you properties and have your holiday decorations removed. Some things to consider: Clean your mailbox, check your landscaping, fences, outdoor garbage can storage, decorative flags. ACC Guidelines/Design Standards as of January 1, 2020.
A resident is in need of having their mailbox welded for a repair. If anyone has a recommendation for a repair person, please respond to President CGHOA with contact information and I will give the neighbor the information. Thank you
