Cameron Glen Homeowners,
This email serves as notification that the Q1 inspection will take place on Tuesday, February 24th.
Additionally, the Q2 Spring Inspection is tenatively scheduled for late April. We’re sharing this date in advance so you have time to complete any spring cleaning touch-ups, repairs, or general maintenance you may be planning.
Please note that some homeowners may receive a notice from Homeside Properties identifying items that may need attention. We ask that you take a moment to review any noted items and contact me with questions. In certain cases, an application to modify the exterior of your home may be required; this will be indicated if applicable.
Items Commonly Noted During Inspections
Overall Landscaping
Many homes would benefit from routine landscape maintenance. Please ensure the following are regularly completed: mowing, edging, weed eating, shrub trimming, de-weeding of beds, and adding ground cover where needed.
• No application is required when replacing shrubbery with the same type.
• An ACC application is required for any modifications that change the home’s original landscape design.
Parking
Parking is permitted only in your driveway or garage. Parking on the street in a manner that blocks the right-of-way may result in an immediate warning or fine.
Trash Cans
Please store trash cans out of plain view, except on collection days. They should be kept inside garages or areas that cannot be seen from the street. No application is required for proper storage.
Mailboxes
Many mailboxes and their gold numerical address plates have faded over time. Please clean or repaint your mailbox as needed.
Pressure Washing
A number of homes and driveways require pressure washing. No application is required to clean your home or driveway.
