We’re excited to share that our clubhouse will be undergoing a remodel that includes updating the interior and exterior paint, flooring, cabinetry and countertops!
Construction is scheduled to begin on Monday, January 19 and is expected to last approximately 3–4 weeks. During this time, the clubhouse will be unavailable for rentals. We also ask that residents refrain from parking in the clubhouse lot while work is underway. If parking is needed, please use the areas along the tennis court sides to ensure adequate space for construction crews and the dumpster that will be on site.
Clubhouse improvements have been on our long-term to-do list for several years, and we’re thrilled to finally be checking this item off. With the new roof completed last month, this next phase of work will help ensure the clubhouse serves our community well for many years to come.
