Hi all – just a couple reminders:
- Our next HOA meeting is on Monday, December 8th at 7:30pm at the clubhouse. The meeting will include a review of 2025 operations, a presentation of the 2026 budget, and the election of two (2) directors to serve two-year terms on the Board.
- Please review the packet that was mailed to your address; Homeside also emailed out the important details earlier this month. We welcome any questions/feedback at the meeting.
- 4th Quarter Inspections will take place during December, on weekdays excluding Thursdays (trash day).
- Some homeowners may receive a notice from Homeside Properties identifying items that need attention. Please review these carefully and reach out if you have questions. Additional information was emailed out by Homeside earlier this month.
- Holiday Trash Alert: With the holiday this week, both trash and recycling will be picked up tomorrow (Wednesday). There will be no yard waste.
