Just a reminder that Annual HOA dues were due January 1, 2026. For your convenience, payments may be made at any time during the month of January. Please note that a late fee will be applied to any payments received after January 31, 2026.
We recommend submitting payments through TownSq, but several payment options are available. These options are outlined on the CGHOA site under Residents > Pay HOA Dues. For those that may not have an account on our site, a PDF version of that page is linked below.
