As we head into the holiday season and new year, we know many families enjoy celebrating with fireworks. While they’re permitted in our city, we kindly ask everyone to be mindful of when and where they’re used.
Fireworks can be disruptive for pets, young children, and neighbors who may be sensitive to loud noises. They can also pose a fire risk, especially when used in close proximity to homes or dry landscaping. If possible, we encourage you to avoid setting them off within the neighborhood, or to keep celebrations brief and limited to earlier evening hours.
