New Finance Company

Dear CGHOA Homeowner,

Community Management Associates (CMA) has served as our finance company since 2015 and has been responsible for conducting quarterly Architectural Control Committee (ACC) inspections.

However, many residents have expressed dissatisfaction with the services provided by CMA. The Board of Directors (BOD) has also encountered issues, most notably the discovery of a $7,600 payment attempt for a fraudulent invoice from an out-of-state landscaping company. Fortunately, we identified and rectified this mistake before any funds were disbursed.

Due to this and other concerns, the BOD initiated a search for a new finance company to handle our needs. After interviewing two candidates, we have selected Homeside Properties, a local company based in Alpharetta, to be our new finance provider. Homeside Properties will also take over the quarterly ACC inspections.

The transition to Homeside Properties will begin on September 1, 2024, and all business with CMA will conclude on August 30, 2024. Please note that Homeside Properties has its own portal for owners, which will require registration once the transition is complete.

We are confident that Homeside Properties will provide superior service and ensure that our finances are managed correctly. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
