BE PREPARED April 24-28
Start by viewing your property objectively. Stand at the street/sidewalk and review your home and landscape.
TIPS:
MAILBOX: Is it Straight?
Does it need to be cleaned or repainted with semi gloss black?
Do the gold numbers need to be repainted?
TRASH CAN: Is it visible from the street? If so, please store it in your garage or behind your home.
Grills should not be visible from the street level either.
HOME: Does the home need to be repainted?
Does the trim need to be replaced and painted?
Does it just need pressure washing?
Do any of the shutters or medallions need to be repaired or replaced?
YARD: Are stumps visible? Stumps need to be leveled to the ground, or ground down then covered with pine straw or mulch.
Are the bushes trimmed?
Are the weeds removed from the islands?
Are the islands mulched or covered pine straw?
Does the lawn have crab grass or weeds? Weeds predominately in the grass are not allowed.
Is the yard mowed and edged?
