President: Randy Bateman

I was elected President for a two-year term in December of 2019 after moving up from Vice-President in August of 2019 when the President’s position became vacant.

Since that time, we have completed many improvements to our facilities.

Together, working with the Board of Directors, we have:

  • Replaced old deteriorating lattice on the pergolas
  • Stained the pergolas
  • Purchased and installed new security cameras at the clubhouse
  • Upgraded the clubhouse internet to 100 mbps from 25 mbps
  • Purchased a new pool winter cover
  • Repaired clubhouse roof peaks
  • Added pickle ball lines to one of the tennis courts when they were repaired

I believe in prudent fiscal planning and we have maintained a healthy balance in our reserve account ($111,838 as of Sept. 2022) to be prepared for any unexpected expenditures.

I am a former Mayor of a small city where I was responsible for generating budgets and administering same after council adoption, supervising all city departments and employees by establishing rules and procedures, interacting with local, state, and federal representatives.

I would like to continue in my current position as President because I can utilize my administrative and fiscal experience to assist our community in developing and maintaining sound budgets and operating policies.

Treasurer: Buddy Bell

I have been on the board for the past 6 years and have served prior years as well. I have lived in the neighborhood for 25 years and enjoy serving our community.

Assistant Secretary: Nicole Cicerone

I have three decades experience with relevant computer software and several years experience on the HOA Board. I have extensive past experience as an administrative assistant, PTSA Secretary, regional woman’s organization secretary and business owner. Community is important to me and I value contributing and fostering relationships.
