Every year our Cameron Glen Homeowner Association Board of Directors has recurring vacancies for officers. During the even years the positions of President, Treasurer, and Assistant Secretary will be open for nomination. During the odd years, the offices of Vice-President and Secretary are open for nomination.
You will be receiving, via U.S. Postal Service, an outline of the bylaws governing this process as well as a nomination form. With changes in postal service delivery time, we wanted to inform you early in case nomination information is delayed.
