Barking Dogs (again)
We have again received many complaints about barking dogs left outside at all hours. This is particularly disturbing at night when folks are trying to sleep. Please be a good neighbor and be considerate of your neighbors and keep your pets indoors unless you are actively walking them. Thank you.
